How old must I be to attend a course?

16 years on commencement of the course. There is no upper age limit.

What age are the students?

All ages, usually between 16-55.

Are the courses suitable for both men and women?

Absolutely, there are also specially designed ‘Men Only’ courses to give men the extra comfort of being with like-minded individuals.

Does the School provide the food ingredients?

Yes, all ingredients and equipment are supplied.

What do I need to bring with me?

We provide everything you need: our fees are all inclusive, including all ingredients, aprons, knives, and your own set of recipes.

Do we get to eat the food we make?

Yes, students eat lunch in the school each day and can take home some food prepared in class.

How many students are there in a class?

Classes are small. A maximum of 3 students for a hands-on class and up to 7 students for a demonstration followed by a meal.

Is it possible to change the menu for the course I have signed up for?

In some instances it may be possible to substitute one meat for another or change the fruit in a dessert, all requests need to be made at the time of booking the course.

If I fall ill and I am unable to attend a course, what can I do?

In the event that you become ill and are unable to attend a course you will be given the option of sending someone else to attend in your place or selecting an alternative date. No refunds will be given.
