This student cooking course helps to fast-track participants from clueless to cool in the kitchen and ensures a healthy start to life away from home. The emphasis is on learning in a fun and a relaxed environment. Using a minimum of equipment to fully reflect the ‘university student environment’.
This is a ‘hands on’ course and students will be paired up to help each other and give each other confidence.
Courses are 5 hour modules and taught in groups of 4-6 participants.
Examples of the recipes for each module will include a minimum of 3 dishes:

A minimum of 3 dishes will be made, but many more suggestions for how the ingredients can be used to create other dishes will be provided. The cost per module and per head is £75 and includes all ingredients and equipment, recipes and eating the food that has been prepared. Pick up and drop of to Havant station can be arranged.
