Many people find networking really daunting but it is an important business activity if you are running your own business. For those new to networking it can be quite ‘off-putting’ so I have gone out of my way to create a positive networking experience which stands out. I have made food the focus of my networking events but also create a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere to greet and host my meetings. All my attendees without exception go away having made some useful business connections and feel very positive about their networking experience.
Why shouldn’t you be able to relax and have fun while networking? I always strive to give my attendees something a little bit different, so this month partered with two other Hyaling based businesses to combine networking with taster sessions in Zumba (led by Nikitas Island Zumba) and Tai Chi (led by Julie Weeks). I am pleased to say it was a resounding success.
Not only was there great audience participation but the weather played ball too! Lovely to do something extraordinary and provide a positive and uplifting experience for attendees too.
