Home cooking doesn’t have to be time consuming or difficult!

 

This hands-on course provides you with 5 simple, healthy, tasty and nutritious dishes which will impress your family and friends and become firm favourites. These dishes can be made in bulk and frozen to enjoy another day too. Each dish should take no more than 30 minutes to prepare not including cooking time.

The Dishes

  • chicken teriyaki (the same sauce can be used with salmon, pork and beef or vegetables)
  • Chinese chicken and celery
  • chicken and mushroom with orange juice and balsamic vinegar
  • chicken, mushroom and butternut squash risotto
  • chicken and pea pilaff

All the dishes will be made by the group as a whole and when completed we will sit down and enjoy them as they are ready to eat!

Participants will receive copies of the recipes and cost includes all ingredients and refreshments. The cost is £55 per head but for anyone paying in 2015 a promotional price of £40 per head will apply.
